Sneak Peek at the museum redevelopment
Last autumn, the museum team were hard at work undertaking the mammoth task of installing objects and artworks in all the galleries of NMAG, after the majority of the museum’s redevelopment project was nearing completion. A task made that much harder because it was being done during a global pandemic, under Covid-secure procedures with staff on gallery in discrete ‘work bubbles’
We decided to capture a flavour of the team’s hard work installing the galleries by way of a short film taking a look at the work in progress and giving you a sneak peek at the amazing transformation of the museum that’s taken place during the redevelopment project.
